Therese M. Williams, M.A.


Therese M. Williams, President of Pinnacle Group has more than thirty years experience providing expertise to organizations in strategic planning, management effectiveness, leadership development, training, coaching and organization development. Assisting organizations in diagnosing areas that impact employee productivity and management effectiveness and converting challenges into opportunities is where Therese excels and best serves her clients.

Having worked as a senior leader and external consultant across for-profit, non-profit, higher education and government organizations, Therese has acquired a deep level of understanding of how to help business leaders maximize human potential and align others to business results.

Therese is a graduate of Villanova University, where she has earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Education, with concentration in Biology and Mathematics. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Association of Women Professionals (NAWP).

Therese is an avid sports enthusiast and spends much of her free time at the beach.

Suzanne McCall

Vice President, Product Development and Senior Consultant

Suzanne McCall, Senior Consultant has been working with leaders across all industries as they seek to enhance their leadership and management skills. Through a highly interactive learning process and through one-on-one coaching, Suzanne has contributed to the effectiveness of local, regional, national and global leaders. She is a noted authority in expanding physical and vocal communication effectiveness.

She has managed Business Development positions as well as leading Global Programming positions that have provided experiences that translate across all industries. Suzanne has been recognized for her engaging presentation style and her ability to encourage high performance through coaching. Clients consistently describe Suzanne as dynamic, challenging and always focused on business results.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Florida State University in Theatre. She is a member of Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Society and a board member for Wellness Measures, Inc.

Suzanne is a lover of all things related to the arts. She attends plays, museums and music performances any chance she gets.

Michele M. Burns

Client Services Manager

Michele Burns, Client Services Manager provides exceptional support and service to all Pinnacle Group clients and vendors. Our clients have recognized Michele for going beyond expectations and ensuring their time and financial investment is fully maximized. Fostering positive client relations and presenting a “not a problem” attitude is her mantra and makes certain high quality and customer satisfaction is realized across all services.

Michele leads our Orientation Program development initiatives as well as administering all organization development assessments for our clients. These include Employee Surveys, 360° Assessments, Style Inventories, DiSC™ among others.

Among Michele’s significant previous positions, Michele has managed physician and attorney practices where attention to detail, handling challenging situations and meeting timelines are a day-to-day requirement.

Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University. She is an active member of various school groups within her hometown and is a member of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

Michele is an avid sports and music enthusiast who enjoys spending time with her family on the sidelines or in the audience supporting them. She loves to read and always welcomes an opportunity to get lost in a good book!

Kerri Marin

Business Development Manager

Kerri Marin, Business Development Manager has spent over twenty years in the hospitality industry, holding positions such as Director of Food and Beverage Services for a full service hotel, and most recently, General Manager at a local country club. She is most known for her ability to create environments and conditions where teams are able to align their strengths to provide authentic, personalized solutions to customer service.

Kerri’s passion for making connections, building relationships, and assisting others, drive her role at Pinnacle Group. She connects with and motivates individuals and organizations to achieve results through training and development.

Kerri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Hospitality Management. She serves as Executive Director for a local nonprofit, Tailgates Tackle Hunger, an organization founded by Pinnacle Group to help fight hunger within our communities. Kerri enjoys entertaining and is an avid football fan. On Sunday’s in the fall she can be found catering to her fellow sports fans from the tailgating bus she and her husband own.

Emily Pereira

Manager, Training Design and Talent Development

Emily Pereira joined the Pinnacle Group team as a recent graduate of West Chester University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. She was inducted into the Lambda Pi Eta Communication Studies Honor Society gaining prestige as a significant contributor to the University’s Communication Studies program and graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Emily has been a continuous presence within Pinnacle Group, having supported Pinnacle’s marketing efforts and program development over the past several years as an intern. Alongside of her interest in Training and Organization Development she has worked as an intern for 97.5 The Fanatic, a Philadelphia-based sports radio station where she had the opportunity to blend her love of broadcasting with her love of sports.

In her role at Pinnacle Group, Emily specializes in supporting entry level professionals make the transition from the classroom to the workplace. She facilitates High Impact Communication programs for entry level professionals and focuses on marketing and social media management for the company.

Emily enjoys cycling, cooking and can be found in the fall cheering on her favorite football team.

Joanie Badyna

Senior Consultant

Joanie Badyna has a wealth of experience as a coach, trainer, speaker, instructional designer and business owner.

Her areas of specialty includes interpersonal effectiveness, professional communication, cultural transformation and organizational growth. For over twenty years Joanie’s dynamic presentations and powerful coaching have benefited professionals in a variety of industries as well as many levels of professionals including scientists, IT professionals, senior leaders, sales managers, educators, lawyers, students, and healthcare professionals.

Joanie has a Bachelor of Arts degree having majored in Communications from Villanova University; as well as having a wide variety of theater experiences and training. She lives in Malvern PA with her husband of 24 years, and their two daughters.
