Brian is an experienced Human Resources and Higher Education professional with a strong business acumen, creating an employee-oriented, high-performing culture emphasizing diversity, goal attainment, and superior workforce optimization. He applies process-oriented approaches to transform organizations in cross-cultural, rapid growth environments and leads award-winning leadership development, learning, education, training and development, talent acquisition, and talent management strategies.

Brian loves to travel in his spare time to the mountains and beaches of North Carolina and many parts of the United States. Brian obtained his bachelor’s degree is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, his MBA from Franklin University, and a Doctorate in Organization & Management from Capella University.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Pinnacle Group, Spencer has a proven record in driving operational effectiveness and improving business processes. His ability to combine strategic thinking and analytical skills enables him to solve complex organizational problems. He brings extensive knowledge of negotiation and conflict resolution practices that build greater communication and understanding interpersonally and within organizations. 

He holds a Master of Science degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University as well as an MBA from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University with a dual concentration in Finance and Business Analytics. 

Suzanne is an impactful, dynamic, and experienced facilitator and trainer. She has worked across all industries helping leaders develop their people and strategic skills. Through a highly interactive learning process and one-on-one coaching engagements, Suzanne has contributed to the effectiveness of local, regional, national, and global leaders. She is a noted authority in expanding physical and vocal communication effectiveness.

Suzanne has been recognized for her engaging presentation style and her ability to encourage high performance through coaching. Clients consistently describe Suzanne as dynamic, challenging and always focused on business results.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Florida State University in Theatre. She is a member of Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Society and a board member for Wellness Measures, Inc.

Emily’s engaging facilitation style helps diverse participant groups to quickly connect with the learning and with each other. As a certified DiSC® facilitator, Emily’s passion for impactful communication allows organizations to increase employee productivity and engagement. 

She excels at leveraging a variety of virtual platforms to bring people together and extend development opportunities to participants globally. Clients consistently describe Emily as compelling, energetic, and impactful – helping people connect with what they are learning.

Emily is a graduate of West Chester University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and an active Board Member of a local non-profit organization.

As the Managing Partner and Head of Business Development, David is responsible for helping our clients find the solutions that best solve their needs. He has a passion for solving complex problems with many moving parts and multiple stakeholders. He brings an energetic can-do attitude to the team and works tirelessly to make sure Pinnacle Group delivers on the promises we make to our clients.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. After college he started his career in business development in the financial services industry. As a result he remains laser focused on helping our clients see a return on
their investment when they work with Pinnacle Group.
