Therese M. Williams, Ed.D.


Therese has lead Pinnacle Group since its inception in 2006. She has more than 30 years’ experience providing expertise to organizations in strategic planning, management effectiveness, leadership development, training, coaching, and organization development. Assisting organizations in diagnosing areas that impact employee productivity and management effectiveness and converting challenges into opportunities is where Therese excels and best serves her clients.

Therese holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree in Education from Villanova University. She is a scholar graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB Entrepreneur Program and has earned her Ed.D. in Leadership at the American College of Education.  Pursuing the terminal degree has been a lifelong goal for Therese and the ability to apply current and relevant research to client projects has been the sole focus of the academic journey.

Therese founded the non-profit Tailgates Tackle Hunger, an organization designed to increase awareness among tailgating enthusiasts to reduce waste and repurpose extra food from a great tailgating event.  When not working, studying, or tailgating, you will find Therese hanging out at the beach.

Suzanne McCall

Learning & Development Consultant

Suzanne is an impactful, dynamic, and experienced facilitator and trainer. She has worked across all industries helping leaders develop their people and strategic skills. Through a highly interactive learning process and one-on-one coaching engagements, Suzanne has contributed to the effectiveness of local, regional, national, and global leaders. She is a noted authority in expanding physical and vocal communication effectiveness.

She has managed Business Development positions as well as leading Global Programming positions that have provided experiences that translate across all industries. Suzanne has been recognized for her engaging presentation style and her ability to encourage high performance through coaching. Clients consistently describe Suzanne as dynamic, challenging and always focused on business results.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Florida State University in Theatre. She is a member of Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Society and a board member for Wellness Measures, Inc.

Suzanne is a lover of all things related to the arts. She attends plays, museums, and music performances any chance she gets.

Emily M. Pereira

Learning & Development Consultant

Emily specializes in facilitating relevant training and development programs that help participants to think innovatively and apply practical skills in the workplace. As a certified DiSC® facilitator, Emily’s passion for impactful communication allows organizations to increase employee productivity and employee engagement.  Emily is instrumental in understanding the talent needs of our clients and in building programs that apply to a client’s culture and goals.  Emily’s strength as a business partner of Pinnacle Group clients is evident in her ability to connect with diverse participant groups and ensuring learning is impactful. She connects participants by leveraging a variety of virtual platforms that extends development opportunities to participants globally.

Alongside her interest in Training and Organization Development, she has worked as an intern for 97.5 The Fanatic, a Philadelphia-based sports radio station where she had the opportunity to blend her love of broadcasting with her love of sports.  Emily is a graduate of West Chester University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. She was inducted into the Lambda Pi Eta Communication Studies Honor Society gaining prestige as a significant contributor to the University’s Communication Studies program and graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Emily is an active board member of Tailgates Tackle Hunger, a non-profit organization that raises awareness of the importance of reducing food waste at tailgating events. Emily enjoys cycling, cooking, and can be found in the fall cheering on her favorite football team.

Michele M. Burns

Client Services Manager

Michele Burns, Client Services Manager, provides exceptional support and service to all Pinnacle Group clients and vendors. Her highly analytical approach to the work is an asset and our clients have recognized Michele for going beyond expectations and ensuring their time and financial investment is fully maximized. Fostering positive client relations and presenting a “not a problem” attitude is her mantra and makes certain high quality and customer satisfaction is realized across all services.

Michele project manages our training and organization development initiatives and administers all organization development assessments for our clients. These include Employee Surveys, 360° Assessments, Style Inventories, DiSC™ among others. Michele sees the potential in every individual and strives to help them experience success

Among Michele’s significant previous positions, Michele has managed physician and attorney practices where attention to detail, handling challenging situations and meeting timelines are a day-to-day requirement.

Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University (Go Cats!). She is an active member of various school groups within her hometown and serves as the Club Administrator for the Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals Soccer Club.

Michele is an avid sports fan and music enthusiast, who enjoys spending time with her family on the sidelines or in the audience supporting them. Michele is always excited to learn of up-and-coming musical artists or dive into a great book.

Cristen Odian

Vice President, Design and Consulting Services

Cristen Odian brings over twenty years of experience in multiple facets of organization and talent development across a variety of industries.  Having split her career between consulting and corporate roles, Cristen brings significant knowledge of business strategy and organization development to consulting projects. She provides mastery leadership and consulting in learning design, strategic planning, management and leadership development, team building, process improvement, executive coaching, and communications.

Cristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and spent several years teaching both Psychology and Business Communications classes at local universities. When not working at the office, Cristen teaches music to kids through the School of Rock, performs with her band, and composes her own music.

Kerri Marin

Director, Sales & Solutions

Kerri Marin, Business Development Manager is at her best in dynamic situations. Confronted with the unexpected, she jumps into the chaos, devising new options, hunting for new paths and figuring out new partnerships – because after all, there might just be a better way.

Kerri has a gift for engaging people in group conversations, her upbeat attitude energizes the dialogue and drives her role at Pinnacle Group. She connects with and motivates individuals and organizations to achieve results through training and development.

Kerri volunteers as Workforce Readiness, Community Partnership Committee Chair for the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Kerri enjoys combining her passion for entertaining and sports, hosting tailgates alongside her husband on their tailgate bus. In her spare time, she supports Tailgates Tackle Hunger, a local non-profit focused on re-purposing excess food from tailgating events.
