Challenge

This client had no formal process in place to recognize and develop their high performing and high potential leaders. They were fearful of losing them through lack of investment and not maximizing their abilities by placing them in roles that would move the organization forward.

Solution

Pinnacle Group designed and delivered a customized leadership development series that aligned individual self-awareness and growth planning to the organization’s mission and priorities. The series included a relevant business project, where the participants took on leadership roles in planning, collaborating, researching, problem solving, and delivering results to the organization’s Executive Leadership Team.

Results

High Potential leaders experienced increased strategic awareness, confidence, and skill in areas of leadership that were most beneficial for them. This leadership development engagement bridged the gap that previously stood between the high potential individuals and the larger possibilities in their organization. They were able to seize their potential more fully and leadership was able to recognize and leverage the potential for the organization’s growth.
