Therese Williams, Co-founder of Pinnacle Group has more than 25 years experience providing expertise to organizations in strategic planning, management effectiveness, leadership development, training, coaching and organization development. Assisting organizations in diagnosing areas that impact employee productivity and management effectiveness and converting challenges into opportunities is where Therese excels and best serves her clients.

Having worked as a senior leader and external consultant across for-profit, non-profit, higher education, and government organizations, Therese has acquired a deep level of understanding of how to help business leaders maximize human potential and align people to business results.

Therese is a graduate of Villanova University, where she has earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees in Education, with concentration in Biology and Mathematics. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a board member for Philly SHRM.

Christopher J. Kulesh, Partner
Chris Kulesh, Co-founder of Pinnacle Group draws upon more than 20 years of experience in human resources, marketing, insurance services, financial and business management. Having served as a Corporate Controller and HR Consultant, Chris’ ability to correlate human capital to bottom line results has been mission critical to our clients.

Working closely with business leaders, Chris had demonstrated success in assisting them in developing their strategic agenda and guiding them through the implementation of initiatives that are truly aligned to business goals. Possessing expertise in business operations ensures that all HR initiatives have an ROI assigned and are communicated in a way that engages staff in achieving business results.

Chris is a graduate of Adelphi University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance. He serves the business community as a board member for the Bucks County Orchestra, an active member of Central Bucks Rotary and the Entrepreneurial Assistance Committee for the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.

Michele Burns, Manager, Client Services
Michele Burns, Manager of Client Services provides exceptional support and service to all Pinnacle Group clients and vendors. Our clients have recognized Michele for going beyond expectations and ensuring their time and financial investment is fully maximized. Fostering positive client relations and presenting a “not a problem” attitude is her mantra and makes certain high quality and customer satisfaction is realized across all services.

Among Michele’s significant previous positions, Michele has managed physician and attorney practices where attention to detail, handling challenging situations and meeting timelines is a day-to-day requirement.

Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University. She is an active member of various school groups within her hometown and is a member of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

Lucy Goodwin, Account Executive
Lucy Goodwin, Account Executive excels at helping potential clients recognize business challenges that compromise bottom line results. Understanding human capital and the significant role it plays in an organizations ability to succeed is a skill that many companies do not possess inside the walls of the organization. Making connections between internal operations and external consulting services can seriously improve workforce productivity and the workplace culture. Lucy helps prospective clients see the possibilities when linking these resources.

In prior roles, Lucy has worked closely with her prospects and clients in developing financial plans that meet their personal and professional goals. Lucy has received multiple awards for sales and customer service.

Anita Heneghan, Account Manager, HR Services
Anita Heneghan, Account Manager leads Pinnacle Group’s Human Resource Outsource Services, providing clients with superior direction and support across all HR areas including staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, policy formulation, performance management, and federal, state and local law compliance.

With a strong practitioner’s background, Anita has contributed to the success of international engineering firms as well as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and insurance companies for which she has worked. Anita excels in collaborating with business leaders who need a strategic partner that understands and will facilitate the HR agenda and people issues for the organization. She also works closely with staff on basic questions that range from how to administer overtime pay to coaching a manager through a difficult conversation with a staff member.

Anita holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of New Jersey. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management and is a volunteer service dog trainer for Canine Partners for Life.

Marty Sarkissian, has inspired clients for over 20 years as a facilitator and corporate trainer. His career has literally taken him from the boardroom to the break room. As a certified facilitator of Franklin Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People®, Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership II® program, Corporate Coach University's Coaching Clinic®, and Eckerd College's Conflict Dynamics Profile® he fosters strong rapport and discovery within the learning environment.

Marty is a graduate of Neumann University where earned Summa Cum Laude honors upon commencement, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies. In the community, Martin sings professionally with “Broadway Bound” - a Philadelphia area theatre group, and employs his vocal talent through concert ministry. He also served eight years of honorable service in The United States Marine Corps.
